Beware of drinking too much cold drink.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

Examination
Its 6th of November 2007. Finished 5 exam papers and still got 2 more to go. Stressing. Everytime I go through the examination month, different emotion will come up according to order without failling each time; scared-nervous-feels like going to fail-no more feeling about what is going to happen-happy that exams over.
Questions keeps popping into my mind everytime I'm studying for a physics paper. Why did I choose physics as my major? Things might have been on the sunny side if I had ticked physics as my minor in Uni, and it might not. Maybe its the challenge that I see in Physics (besides that the mathematic teacher 'market' in our country has already been flooded by 3 or 4 times of physics teachers). Since I am already 70% through with uni, i might as well go through with it.
*sigh*
Nevermind that, Singapore Marathon is coming in a few weeks time and it is going to be my first full marathon run. Hope I am ready for it. Not much practice though. Since I couldn't practice on sunday mornings with my parents without falling asleep the whole noon after that, I can only go for afternoon jog in the neighborhood garden. That is also if I do not have exam a few days to come. Dear seems to tired with studying late everynight, so most of the time he'll be taking naps in the evening. Trying to pull him to practice again.
*hehe..*
4 days more before I turn 21.. I just wanna finish my exam fast and enjoy myself a bit. Can't go out on my birthday this year due to a physic paper 2 days after that. haih... With addition to that, my parent and my big brother will be going to Genting's trailblazer. Haih... Atleast they are going to celebrate it early for me..
I seems to love to crap a lot here and there. I just throw everything into the blog and my fingers and brain do all the work (without having to properly plan the blog properly). Well, that is how I have always done with my blogs. Heheh.. I think thats about it for today. Till the next blog, Jya ne~!
